Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before admin confirmation or before custom printing/design work has started.

Custom printed products such as flags, letterheads, visiting cards, apparel, and event kits are not usually eligible for cancellation after artwork approval or production begins.

If an item is unavailable, damaged before dispatch, or cannot be fulfilled, the admin team will contact the customer for replacement, adjustment, or refund handling.
