YSRCP Prints is a storefront operated by Dheera Enterprises, the sole proprietorship of Bharat Kumar Potluri. Orders are accepted for event merchandise, stationery, apparel, printed material, and campaign-related merchandise through online checkout or admin-created invoice orders.

The proprietor is personally associated with YSRCP as a local leader. The storefront is independently operated by Dheera Enterprises and is not represented as an official party-owned or party-operated store.

All prices are listed in INR. Online payment orders are created only after payment verification; custom artwork, bulk quantities, or kit orders may still require admin confirmation before production.

For custom products, customers must provide correct spelling, phone numbers, images, logos, and design instructions. Production begins after payment verification and/or admin confirmation as applicable.

Customers must have the right or permission to supply and reproduce every name, photograph, logo, symbol, slogan, signature, or other item submitted for printing. We may reject material that appears unlawful, misleading, unauthorised, or technically unsuitable.

Because products are generally made or printed to order, confirmed orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. The limited exceptions in the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, artwork approval, quantity, and delivery district.
